4. Customs Duties & Taxes (Critical Update 2026)

Customs duties, taxes, and other related fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We declare packages truthfully in accordance with EU and US customs regulations to ensure smooth clearance. Below are the latest 2026 policy updates you need to know:

4.1 United States Customs Policy

Effective April 12, 2026, the T86 duty-free policy for shipments under $800 has been officially terminated. All incoming goods, regardless of value, are subject to a tariff of either 30% of the goods value or $25 per item, whichever is higher. Subsequent tariff rates will be gradually increased. Additionally, all shipments to the US require a valid and verifiable Importer of Record (IOR) number; sharing,挂靠, or using fake IOR numbers is prohibited.

For food, cosmetics, and electronic products, specific certifications (FDA, FCC) are required for customs clearance; non-compliant packages may be seized or returned.

4.2 EU Customs Policy

Starting July 1, 2026, the EU will abolish the duty-free policy for small packages under €150. All direct mail imported packages will be subject to a uniform €3 tariff per HS tariff code (multiple items under the same HS code are only charged once). There are no exemptions—even tax-free products and packages using IOSS declaration are required to pay this fee.

All commercial shipments must provide a valid EORI number, and personal shipments require an ID and shopping voucher. Underreporting or misreporting VAT may result in a fine of 20%-50% of the goods value, and incomplete clearance documents will lead to package detention. Additionally, non-compliant packaging (not using recyclable materials) will be subject to a €1 per package fine.

5. Order Tracking

– US Customers: You can return products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. California, New York, and other states require clear disclosure of return costs to avoid being deemed an “unfair business practice”.

– Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product, defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label. For other eligible returns, the return shipping cost is borne by the recipient, unless specified otherwise in our promotional activities.
